Blue 4 Ben

Dear friends,

I don't know if you've heard of this or not, but I wanted to make sure you knew.

There's a little boy who is sometimes in my Sunday school class, Ben. Ben and his twin brother Jack are usually in a different class, though, so when I heard Ben had cancer I didn't know too much about it.

However when I found out his mom has a blog about Ben and read it, I began to realize that I needed to do something for this family. Within the last month or so, he was diagnosed with stage IV Glioblastoma cancer, which is super aggressive. Yet the faith of this family is amazing! They are trusting Jesus with all, recognizing that God gives every good gift and that ultimately all is His. This little boy and his family needs our prayers. It is such a difficult time for all of them because they have had to make so many changes in the last month and Ben has been given only a few weeks to live (though he seems to be doing well on the outside).

I know that you have a heart for the hurting, so I am asking you to lift up the Sauer family to our Heavenly Father, Who knows exactly what they need.
